IMPACT Context Database
A list of the mummies in IMPACT is available on this page. The mummies
are arranged by time period and the table includes basic information
about the mummies including name (if known), estimated age, originating
institution, time period, originating site (if known), imaging modality
(x-ray or CT). Additional information is included in a "mummy.doc", a
file that has the contextual information we have for each mummy.
Unfortunately, many of these mummies came to their current institutions
in a time when context was not considered to be important, so this
information is often sparse or non-existent. This information is all
publicly accessible.
